Has anyone ever given a court deposition?
I have a lawsuit against my former employer for wrongful termination/whistle blower. I need to give a deposition next week in front of several persons including opposing counsel. Anyone ever done this before…how is it? Thanks
I meet with my attorney before I take it. I believe all my answers are typed up.
No big deal. Just answer yes or no. do not elaborate. Surprised your attorney has not covered this. It is a casual proceeding. Pay attention because the questions become so convoluted you will have no idea what the lawyer is asking. In that instance just say so.
